GRANTS:
All of the grants offered through Uptown Avenue 7 are administered by Neighbors and Neighbors Association, Inc. (NANA). All questions about grants should be directed to NANA. Grants are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The CIP grant provides funding assistance up to $50,000 matching dollars to rehabilitate privately-owned commercial and industrial buildings occupied by licensed businesses within the CRA boundaries.
This BIIG grant provides funding assistance up to $10,000 (no match required) to purchase new equipment for technology or upgrade existing technology equipment to be used directly in the applicant’s business.
